Bar Staff

About You

• Previous experience preferred but not essential!
• Serving drinks on busy bars while complying with Mercy Nightclubs policies on quality, hygiene and customer service
• You understand the requirements of working behind a bar and the hours that are worked i.e. Weekends, Holidays and late nights!
• You will support the team effort by taking responsibility for the presentation and cleanliness of your surrounding area and the products you serve!

About the Position

• Opening and closing the bar at the specified times.
• Clean the bar and all equipment, and maintain the bar in a clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Serve drinks to the guests.
• To be responsible for the receipt of payment for drinks and ensuring accurate charging of drinks to customers.
• To help out in any other areas as requested by Management, during quiet periods on the bar.
   

Development Opportunities

• Opportunities exist to transfer between Peri’s Leisure venues or roles, on recommendation of your Supervisor or Manager.
• Once you have been in post for an appropriate length of time, there will be opportunities to develop to Bar Supervisor on the recommendation of Management.
