About You

No Experience required – Full training given
Greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner whilst complying with Mercy Nightclubs policies on quality and a high standard of customer service
You understand the requirements of working within the Night-time economy and the hours that are worked i.e. Weekends, Holidays and late nights!
The ability to word in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a professional and pleasant approach to issues and direction.

Greeting all guests entering and leaving the venue on a nightly basis.
Management of the Guest-list, greeting parties, allocating benefits and directing to relevant areas.
To be responsible for distinguishing VIP guests as per the specification provided, marking correctly and escorting guests to the VIP lounge when required.
Table service to Platinum Guests when required.
To help out in any other areas/venues as requested by Management.
